SisterZ Advocate is a purposefully designed training programme built for people who believe in showing up for others, for communities, and for themselves. At the heart of this experience is the SisterZ Advocate Workbook: a companion built not just to support a course, but to transform how you understand and practise advocacy in everyday life.

Who we are
We are a team of advocates, educators, and practitioners who understand that real change begins from within. SisterZ Advocate was founded on the conviction that effective advocacy isn't simply about knowing the right words to say it's about developing the confidence, emotional intelligence, and ethical grounding to say them with meaning. Our programmes are shaped by lived experience, evidence-informed practice, and a deep respect for the people who join us on this journey.
We created SisterZ Advocate because we saw a gap: training that was rich in information but thin on transformation. We wanted to build something different a space where learners don't just absorb content, but genuinely grow through it.
What we believe
We believe that every person who commits to becoming an advocate deserves more than a certificate at the end of a course. They deserve a shift in how they see themselves, how they support others, and how they navigate the complex, beautiful, sometimes difficult work of showing up for people in need.
That's why every element of our approach from the course structure to the workbook activities is designed to bridge theory and practice. We don't want learning to stay theoretical. We want it to live in real conversations, real relationships, and real moments of connection.
